Because ORIYAN is a personalized digital product generated from customer-provided birth details, completed or generated reports are generally non-refundable.

Please contact us if you experience:

• a duplicate payment;
• a payment charge without report delivery;
• a technical failure that prevents report generation or delivery; or
• a materially incorrect report caused by a system processing error.
